Welcome to Vetra Business ("Vetra", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. SaaS Services

Vetra provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows restaurants to manage digital menus, accepting orders via WhatsApp, and access analytics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business operations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription and Payments

Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing plan you select. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vetra Business and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vetra, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will likely provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
