Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Vetra Business subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end.
- Service Unavailability: If the platform was legitimately unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours).
- First 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial purchase and have not extensively used the service features.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vetrabistro.com with your account details and the reason for the request. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Any setup fees, custom development work, or consulting fees are non-refundable.
